Clubs Complete has been providing high-quality childcare and educational activity services for over 17 years. Founded in 2007, they operate a network of breakfast clubs, after-school clubs, holiday programmes and birthday parties for children aged 3–12.
Working with primary schools across the UK, Spain and the Middle East, Clubs Complete supports more than 50 partner schools and manages over 1,230 active clubs. Their mission is to create safe, engaging environments where children can learn new skills, build confidence and develop friendships beyond the classroom.
With an Ofsted "Good" rating and a strong reputation among both schools and families, Clubs Complete has become a trusted provider of childcare and enrichment activities.
The Problem
As Clubs Complete expanded into more schools and locations, the complexity of managing bookings, attendance, payments and club administration increased significantly.
Parents needed a convenient and reliable way to browse activities, make bookings and manage their children's attendance online. At the same time, administrators required tools that could support day-to-day operations across multiple schools while reducing manual administration.
The business needed digital platforms that could scale alongside its growth, support thousands of bookings and provide a seamless experience for parents, schools and staff alike.
The Solution
Swipe & Tap provides ongoing development and support for two key platforms that underpin the Clubs Complete operation: their public-facing WordPress website and their bespoke Laravel-powered booking system, known as My Club.
The WordPress website acts as the organisation's primary digital presence, helping parents and schools learn more about the services available and find information quickly and easily. We maintain and evolve the website to ensure it remains secure, performant and aligned with the needs of the business.
Alongside this, we support and enhance the My Club platform, a bespoke Laravel application built specifically around the operational requirements of Clubs Complete.
Parents can:
- Browse and book after-school clubs online
- Make last-minute bookings up to 3 hours before a session starts
- Amend existing bookings and manage their children's details
- Pay invoices and access membership packages
Staff and administrators can:
- Upload and manage clubs across multiple schools
- Track attendance registers in real time
- Download financial reports
- Add notes and manage individual child accounts
